For the last three decades the concept of "Corporate Culture" has become an industry buzz word.  Companies both large and small began placing importance on staff education and development as an attempt to create a working environment that supported and motivated their teams to work towards the organizations' goals and vision. As a Coach, I partner with those involved in the Arts who realize the importance and positive outcomes when employees at all participation levels are focused, motivated, and have unified buy-in to the organization's direction.
